I had them do a soft wash on my roof in 2017, this is the only way to treat moss in my opinion. They use a concentrated bleach-like chemical and it kills the moss without needing to pressure wash and degrade the roof shingles. Within a month or so the moss all dried up and natural rain fall removed the dead moss over time. Highly recommend this method and this company.

This company is so completely professional it's unbelievable I have never had a better experience with a service company that I had with this company especially its owner Jacob they did what they said they would do and more they're clean up afterwards was fantastic and not just myself but four of my neighbors use them at the same time and they got all four jobs done in one day and everybody was completely satisfied very pleasant people to work with especially Jacob I would highly recommend these guys to anybody by the way their prices were very very affordable compared to the other companies that do similar work.

The Lakeview ProWash staff were very responsive from the first time I contacted them. Jacob came out to check out our roof, gutters, deck, and concrete areas right away, and the office scheduled a crew to come out at our convenience. Isaiah and Philip were prompt, efficient, and professional, and left everything clean and neat. We definitely plan to do business with Lakeview again.Since we were so happy with Lakeview ProWash gutter and roof service. we contracted with them for Christmas lighting. It was a great decision. They were prompt, efficient, and professional. And our house looks great--the lights are beautiful, bright, and straight! Perfect!

WoWza...I had my Christmas lights installed by 2 thorough and efficient professionals. There was a color change which they adapted on the spot. Excellent communication with the front staff who were always attentive and kind with great follow up. I didn't get a chance to see Bogden (who I've been with for 3 yrs) but he was sweet and caring enough to send good wishes. Like Bogden, everyone went above and beyond, BRIGHTENING up my season and spirits!

I needed to clean the roofs of my house and garage building, remove moss, and repair two gutters, one of which had become detached from the roof and bent due to a huge fallen branch.The crew arrived on time and did a great job! They are very professional!My roofs look like new. Gutters came out better than expected.They even installed special support-enhancing fasteners on the gutters so that my gutters would be even more securely fixed.I really appreciate the presence of Bogdan, who was in touch and always very attentive to the client’s requests!I will continue to use Lakeview ProWash and will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and acquaintances!Thank you so much Lakeview ProWash!

I spoke with several roof cleaning companies and decided on Lakeview ProWash. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate and broke down the various options, so it was easy to decide what I wanted done. Our roof was way overdue for cleaning. There were clumps of moss and the roof and the leaf guard gutters were dirty as well. We chose the soft wash and moss treatment for the roof and chimney. We also had the gutters cleaned and it all looks great. Thank you Lakeview ProWash!

Great option (and less expensive) from other alternatives like Shack Shine where you have to purchase and own your lights and keep them all year. Lakeview’s lights are excellent quality, friendly and efficient staff. And your house looks great in time for the holiday season!

We had Lakeview Prowash clean our roof, clean our gutters, and wash the outside of our windows. We also had them repair the leaking corners at three places in our 'continuous' aluminum gutters. They were quick and efficient and cleaned the debris outside before they left. We got a 10% discount for combining the 3 jobs!

We needed our siding washed, our roof cleaned and protected, the outside of our windows washed, and our gutters washed. After an internet search, we found Lakeview Prowash. We sent a request for a bid and they got back to us immediately. The price was very reasonable, so we scheduled. They were able to get us taken care of within the week. The two-person crew arrived on time. They were very professional and friendly. They explained what they would be doing. The job was completed and we were very pleased with the results. It is so nice to have a clean house again. We would recommend them highly to anyone who needs work done.

This is one of the best experiences I have had with a company that did work at my residence. I had Lakeview ProWash clean my roof and prepare my house for staining. I am totally happy with the job that was completed. CJ introduced himself and reviewed the job. He then completed the tasks with skill and precision with his coworker Felix. Both men were careful and professional in the four hours they were here. I especially appreciated that they cleaned up all the fir needles from the ground, that came off my roof. I also appreciated Bogdan being present during the job. This is an excellent company. I highly recommend them.

Isaiah and CJ were out today to do several services, including gutter, roof and window cleaning. They were FANTASTIC! They explained everything clearly and did a great job. I had new mulch and wood chips, and they went were careful and went the extra mile to make sure that everything was clean and looked great. 5 stars because of an EXCELLENT RESPONSE by the company to my valid concerns that I expected better.My biggest concern was that during my appointment the worker promised me that the front office would reach out to me to fix an issue caused to one of my gutters from one of their ladders (it happens), but they never reached out to me rather I had to call them. My wife also had a concern that they left a bigger mess than she expected, I had her give me a detailed write-up with photos that I could share. I then decided to have my brother take detailed photos with his high-quality photo drone and I don't know gutters but I'm pretty sure they did a great job except they left a nail with paper on it in the gutter that my kids probably tossed onto the roof (weird). After I called the front office and complained this is how things went down:(1) Someone called me back and apologized and assured me that this is not common and as a company they do a lot to prevent this from happening. I believed him.(2) I then sent a detailed email, including photos of my exact concerns.(3) They sent someone out to take a look and we agreed on a plan.(4) They followed through on the plan, my gutter was fixed (looks great) and for the other concerns they sent back the same crew (because of pay & helps employees improve)(5) I went from being VERY FRUSTED to being QUITE IMPRESSED. I plan to use them again in a few years when I next need my gutters cleaned (I made a note because otherwise I will forget the name of this company).I decided to spend the time to write up this review because I think it is assuring to know that IF you have an issue and you are objective and kind when raising your issue to the front office then the company stands behind the work of their employees.

Lakeview cleaned all my aggregate and it looks great without all the noise and damage of high pressure power washing. They also cleaned my deck and boat dock. We are very pleased to see it looks renewed. I definitely will use them again. The crew of 2 were very professional, quiet and courteous. I like the way Prowash method discourages regrowth of algae, black mould and moss.
