Lakeview has been cleaning my roof and gutters annually for about 5 years. They know how to clean roofs thoroughly without damaging the shingles. And every year, they give me a super clean roof and gutters that look new. When they leave, all the debris is cleaned up and removed.This year Isaiah, Felix, and Periel did the cleaning. Again, super high marks all around. Very friendly, professional, and safety conscious.On the day of their appointment, I had landscaping work going on around my house. Lakeview's crew was very cooperative in coordinating and communicating their work so that both crews could complete their job efficiently.I guarantee that Lakeview will be back next year for another Spring cleaning.

I am so happy with Lakeview Prowash. This is the 2nd year that they’ve installed my Christmas lights. The whole process has been smooth and the techs were on time, professional and friendly. There was a power surge and the timer stopped working. Kristy helped troubleshoot it over FaceTime and a new timer was delivered the next day. Yesterday they came to clean my gutters and did a great job as well. I highly recommend.

I have always dreamed of having holiday lights on a house and this year my dream came true. Not only did it come true, it came through perfectly. The lights are perfectly symmetrical, the wires hidden and at night the house glows. In addition to the quality of work, arrangement, installation and billing was so easy. We had them install outdoor Xmas lights on our house and they turned out great. We did have a few bulbs burned out which they responded quickly to replace. You can count on them to provide quality customer service. I will be using them for other exterior services in the near future.

I had Lakeview ProWash come out in 2024 to clean our two upper and lower driveways and one front walkway. It was to prepare for having the concrete cracks filled after new concrete was poured. Lakeview ProWash was completely professional. The pressure wash was such a deep cleaning we had not seen in 50 years of owning our property. ALL the buildup dinge was gone, the front street curbs were cleaned as well, no more moss. Then a bleach solution was applied that made them look whiter nearer the new concrete color. We could not be more pleased. Due to the price of the visit (1k) and us being on social security, I think I will wait a couple years before having such a through cleaning done. This company is so completely professional it's unbelievable I have never had a better experience with a service company that I had with this company especially its owner Jacob they did what they said they would do and more they're clean up afterwards was fantastic and not just myself but four of my neighbors use them at the same time and they got all four jobs done in one day and everybody was completely satisfied very pleasant people to work with especially Jacob I would highly recommend these guys to anybody by the way their prices were very very affordable compared to the other companies that do similar work.

I highly highly recommend this company, and their employees. They are so efficient, and professional but more than that, they were careful to make sure that they did my lights exactly the way I wanted them. They were a real pleasure to work with. Lakeview ProWash did a great job cleaning the roof on my rental house. The house is under some large trees and has a lot of moss and tree debris on the roof. They cleaned it all off nicely. They also removed the existing gutter screens, which has become clogged and ineffective. The Lakeview ProWash crew was on time, efficient and courteous.

I had my roof cleaned and treated for moss. It took about 3 months before the moss completely disappeared after treatment. It’s been over a year and my roof is still moss free even though it is shaded by two large evergreen trees. They told me the treatment would be good for 3 years, we will see! So far so good!

Lakeview prowash did a thorough job of cleaning our tiled roof last year. While other companies were asking me to get additional tiles for breakages, they were able to do it without breaking any tiles. In addition they provided before and after pictures using drones and that was very helpful

First off for the most part I am very pleased with the with how much better the house looks. It was really easy to get a estimate and scheduling an appointment. The workers showed up on time and completed their work quickly. Although I had been warned that it would harm plants being the first time using their service I had no idea how toxic it was. I think I have two hydrangeas that dyed and had 6 hanging baskets that were damaged. I thought they were safe but forgot they were doing the gutters. I would suggest covering all your bushes with tarps. There is one thing I noticed after it totally dried it left shadows under windows and corners. I did not let them know about this because most of it was my own fault. And will know next time what to expect.

The scheduling staff, Kristy, is very friendly and helpful.We needed to power wash our roofs, gutters, and also two windows that we couldn’t reach, and the working crew did a fantastic job with them! I noticed a stubborn stain on the window after they left which I had to let the office know right away. The crew came back later the same day to take care of it and with good attitude. Great service!

Well not sure how to add this review. Because the job was semi ok and one of the employees was terrible. 1 was doing the driveway when I arrived doing his job well. The other person in the back was pressure washing everything into the pool not so nice. Then the employee had the idea to spray my employee in the face less then 5 feet from his eyes. Because he didn't like the fact I asked him not to pressure wash into the pool or at least try not too. Yelling back I know how to do my job!! If this was the case I wouldn't have to ask you. The employee had the idea he was there first and was demanding me to leave. I said to him you obviously need to work on your personality skills. To spray into my employees face is not ok. I am the owner of the business who is contracted to service the property. The employee was very upset that I continued to do my job as he demanded I leave. Is he arguing with me I said. I normally let things slide but this kid rubbed me raw. And another thing my client asked me today who should we use to clean our property. And I remembered that I took a picture of the company truck. So I wanted to add this. This pool was terrible to keep up on throughout the entire summer as pre season pressure washing without a large chlorine ppm can cause the vessel, filters, sand filter to bloom an turn the pool green. Especially if the pool has a bad surface or equipment is old. Please direct your employees to use common sense, communicate correctly they never know who they are talking too. I am 6 months late on the review.

Lakeview ProWash was amazing from the initial phone call, estimate, scheduling and service to the finished product! Very professional and the crew that did the work was extremely hard working, efficient and friendly. They worked all day and the end results were amazing!!! We had roof, gutters, siding, driveway/walkways and windows cleaned. would highly recommend them to anyone that needs an exterior "clean-up".
