Well not sure how to add this review. Because the job was semi ok and one of the employees was terrible. 1 was doing the driveway when I arrived doing his job well. The other person in the back was pressure washing everything into the pool not so nice. Then the employee had the idea to spray my employee in the face less then 5 feet from his eyes. Because he didn't like the fact I asked him not to pressure wash into the pool or at least try not too. Yelling back I know how to do my job!! If this was the case I wouldn't have to ask you. The employee had the idea he was there first and was demanding me to leave. I said to him you obviously need to work on your personality skills. To spray into my employees face is not ok. I am the owner of the business who is contracted to service the property. The employee was very upset that I continued to do my job as he demanded I leave. Is he arguing with me I said. I normally let things slide but this kid rubbed me raw. And another thing my client asked me today who should we use to clean our property. And I remembered that I took a picture of the company truck. So I wanted to add this. This pool was terrible to keep up on throughout the entire summer as pre season pressure washing without a large chlorine ppm can cause the vessel, filters, sand filter to bloom an turn the pool green. Especially if the pool has a bad surface or equipment is old. Please direct your employees to use common sense, communicate correctly they never know who they are talking too. I am 6 months late on the review.

We have used Lakeview several times for roof/gutters and for power washing. They arrive on time, do a quality job and the personnel are professional. Definitely recommend-I've had neighbors stop by to get their card.

Lakeview ProWash was amazing from the initial phone call, estimate, scheduling and service to the finished product! Very professional and the crew that did the work was extremely hard working, efficient and friendly. They worked all day and the end results were amazing!!! We had roof, gutters, siding, driveway/walkways and windows cleaned. would highly recommend them to anyone that needs an exterior "clean-up".

We were pleased with the gutter cleaning service done by Lakeview. They were prompt, friendly and did a good job.We had the moss removed and treated plus gutters cleaned. It all looks good. We appreciated the before and after pictures.

I did call this company. Talked about maybe having them come out . Did NOT schedule an appointment. I returned home one day to find they had removed the lock on my gate to the backyard. They entered my property without permission. My dog was in the backyard. They treated my roof with my dog in the backyard. She was covered and wet with whatever they had used on the roof to kill off the moss. I asked what was in the solution. The man doing the work said it was “bleach and some stuff that I dont know”. So I couldn’t even look up the ingredients to see if it was harmful to my dog. The company took about 100$ off of an approximate 1300$ bill. They are expecting full payment, even though the contact person sent me an email that said there was no scheduled date for service or confirmation. I’ve never heard of a company removing a lock to let themselves in.

I highly highly recommend this company, and their employees. They are so efficient, and professional but more than that, they were careful to make sure that they did my lights exactly the way I wanted them. They were a real pleasure to work with. From Stephanie on the phone, to the boss who planned out the lights and double checked to make sure I liked it, and the young men who came to the house to put the lights up. These two young men were so pleasant and so particular about making sure the job was well done, I’ll hire them again in years to come as well as recommend them to everyone. Thank you.

Disappointed! Showed on time, there were here for less than 40 minutes and charge over $450.00! My roof is less than 1000 square feet and it’s a one story house with easy access.They left a lot of moss in my gutters and down spouts. Gave me no recommendations. They charge way too much for what they do!

Lakeview has been cleaning my roof and gutters annually for about 5 years. They know how to clean roofs thoroughly without damaging the shingles. And every year, they give me a super clean roof and gutters that look new. When they leave, all the debris is cleaned up and removed.This year Isaiah, Felix, and Periel did the cleaning. Again, super high marks all around. Very friendly, professional, and safety conscious.On the day of their appointment, I had landscaping work going on around my house. Lakeview's crew was very cooperative in coordinating and communicating their work so that both crews could complete their job efficiently.I guarantee that Lakeview will be back next year for another Spring cleaning.

Lakeview was great to work with! Stephanie was a great project manager. Lakeview ProWash is the best!!! They blew all the debris off the roofs of the house and the shed, treated the moss on both roofs, and cleaned the gutters of all that fall debris. My neighbor has used LakeView ProWash for several years so I already knew this is a quality team. But I usually do my own roof/gutter care. With the November ‘24 storm and my not having time to do my roof, I opted to have LakeView do the job even though I was not home. So glad I did! They not only did a fantastic job but also cleaned up throughly afterwards.As much as I like to DIY, I think having LakeView doing my roof each Fall might be the plan moving forward. 👍

The Lakeview ProWash staff were very responsive from the first time I contacted them. Jacob came out to check out our roof, gutters, deck, and concrete areas right away, and the office scheduled a crew to come out at our convenience. Isaiah and Philip were prompt, efficient, and professional, and left everything clean and neat. Not a good experience. The company showed up as expected, did the job. However, the concrete is still stained. I was going to let it go, but I was contacted by a company representative confirming that other customers had a problem with quality on the same day. I was told that the company will redo the work free of charge. Please note, I did not initiate the contact the company did. I was going to let it go. However, after sending the pictures, I was being told that the stains could not be removed because the stains were the fertilizer stains (I never used fertilizer). I used moss killer only several times. Anyway, I decided to let it go and stop my engagement with the company. I was not going to write a review, but since the company engaged me later, I decided to write what my experience was with the company. Next time I will work with a different vendor.

Lakeview ProWash did a great job cleaning the roof on my rental house. The house is under some large trees and has a lot of moss and tree debris on the roof. They cleaned it all off nicely. They also removed the existing gutter screens, which has become clogged and ineffective. The Lakeview ProWash crew was on time, efficient and courteous.

Lakeview ProWash did a great job cleaning our metal roofs and skylights. Three structures with 15 to 20 years of accumulated dirt, grime and growth came out looking like new. Don't be duped by roof cleaners that use pressure washers! Those ruin your roof. These guys do it the RIGHT WAY. Took me a while to find someone who did. They'll come out with a drone and take photos for a before/after too. Very quick, I have a pretty decent size roof and only too them a couple hours.UPDATE: I took advantage of their touchup service for the roof and while they were here, I had them powerwash all the cement, driveway and many retaining wall bricks to remove the black mold and moss. It looks outstanding!

The ProWash crew did a great job cleaning our roof, driveway, sidewalks, and deck. We were especially amazed at the results of the deck cleaning. The white Trex railings had been heavily stained black from weathering and dirt that dripped from overhead trees, and we thought we would need to replace the railings. The ProWash cleaning restored the railings to their original white finish. We are highly satisfied with the results and plan on having ProWash repeat their cleaning services annually. Let us add that the customer service is professional and the company representatives are very helpful.

I am very pleased with the work they did on my property. I had a pebble front walkway, a short steep upper driveway with a carport, and a very long lower driveway with a pepple finish. They finished up spic and span all done in one afternoon whitened with bleach. All requests were followed. Stephanie bent over backwards to accomodate my scheduling need to squeeze me in a week earlier too. I'm happy to recommend such a professional service. Bill pay online was easy as well. Thank you!

The Lakeview ProWash crew did an amazing job cleaning our roof and gutters yesterday, they were professional and courteous. They took the time to place tarps down to catch and collect debris as it fell, used a leaf blower to round up what was missed, bagged it all and took it away with them at the end of the day. We appreciate the great care with our landscaping, ensuring everything got a nice rinse of fresh water to ensure no overspray would impact our plants. They did an excellent job closing out with us, providing a walk around and setting expectations on what to expect next.100% would recommend if you are looking for roof and gutter services in the future. I had them do a soft wash on my roof in 2017, this is the only way to treat moss in my opinion. They use a concentrated bleach-like chemical and it kills the moss without needing to pressure wash and degrade the roof shingles. Within a month or so the moss all dried up and natural rain fall removed the dead moss over time. Highly recommend this method and this company.

This company is so completely professional it's unbelievable I have never had a better experience with a service company that I had with this company especially its owner Jacob they did what they said they would do and more they're clean up afterwards was fantastic and not just myself but four of my neighbors use them at the same time and they got all four jobs done in one day and everybody was completely satisfied very pleasant people to work with especially Jacob I would highly recommend these guys to anybody by the way their prices were very very affordable compared to the other companies that do similar work.
